Yehuda Leibler is a technology and capital-markets strategist and entrepreneur operating at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence, and public markets.

He is the President and Chief Technology Officer of Arx, a multinational technology and advisory platform that applies institutional-grade analytics and AI to publicly traded companies, enabling issuers to better understand, engage, and communicate with decentralized global investor audiences.

Leibler co-founded Arx with Rotem Gantz following his military service and during his joint bachelor’s–master’s studies, with the aim of bringing tools historically reserved for hedge funds and institutional investors into the hands of issuers themselves. Under his leadership, Arx has evolved into a multi-brand platform spanning capital-markets intelligence, investor communications, and financial media.

In 2022, Leibler and Gantz partnered with Ynet, Israel’s leading online news platform, to launch Ynet Capital — a dedicated digital media property serving Israel’s capital-markets audience. The platform rapidly became one of the most widely read and influential financial destinations in Israel, combining real-time market coverage with institutional-grade analysis for both retail and professional readers.

Earlier in his career, Leibler founded Cortex Group at the age of 14, an innovation and cyber consulting firm focused on digitization, product strategy, and online cyber protection. He served as CEO, leading both strategy and day-to-day operations, and in 2018–2019 oversaw its merger with another leading firm. At 17, he co-founded Invicta Ventures (formerly Lavi Fund), a venture group investing in early-stage private and crowdfunding opportunities.

Leibler served as an analyst, team leader, and innovation consultant in the IDF’s Unit 8200, where he received an excellence award for projects he led.

Alongside his commercial work, he has been active in social entrepreneurship. He co-founded Society Labs, an award-winning initiative connecting non-profits with developers and technological solutions, and during the early weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic launched CoronaBiz, which became one of Israel’s leading online resource for struggling businesses and later partnered with local governments and ministries.

Leibler completed his law degree at Reichman University (formerly the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya) as part of an accelerated honors bachelor’s–master’s track, and is currently completing his Master’s thesis in Law, Technology, and Business Innovation. As part of his academic work, he served as a research fellow and later senior research fellow at the Zvi Meitar Institute for the Social, Legal, and Ethical Implications of Emerging Technologies. Prior to completing his first degree, Leibler co-authored two academic papers published in peer-reviewed venues on the legal and ethical implications of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, carbon trading markets, and digital-twin technologies.

Since his mid-teens, Leibler has written about technology and public policy in leading publications including The Jerusalem Post, The Times of Israel, International Policy Digest, and HackerNoon, where his articles have frequently been selected as top stories.

In 2018, he was selected by the President of Israel and the IDF Chief of Staff as one of Israel’s 70 most promising young entrepreneurs. In 2022, he was named among 125 young leaders marking the 125th anniversary of the First Zionist Congress. In 2025, Leibler and his Arx co-founder Rotem Gantz were featured by Yedioth Ahronoth as among Israel’s leading business figures.
